- 1-2 Horse mackerel fish
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper

- 1 stock cube
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder

How to Make Lettuce Stir-Fry

- Cut mackerel into small pieces, remove the fish head.

- Season with stock cube and salt
- Add fried fish and cook for 15 mins or until liquid dried well.

- Stir-fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins
