- 2kg turkey – cooked and fried
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 cayenne peppers
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 seasoning cubes/powder
- 2 cups turkey stock

Please note that you can modify the quantity of the scotch bonnet peppers according to your preference for spicy foods.

How to cook turkey soup
- Peel off the skin of onions
- Put the tomatoes, bell peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, peeled onions and cayenne pepper in a big bowl.
- Fill the bowl with water and clean well.
- Blend all the tomatoes, onions and pepper to a smooth paste.
- Place your pot on the cooker set on high heat
- Add cooking oil into the pot and allow the oil get hot.
- Then pour the blended tomatoes and pepper mix into a pot
- Add the turkey stock gotten from cooking the turkey as outlined here.
- Enhance the taste of the soup by seasoning with the quantity of salt and seasoning cube listed above.
- Cook for 20 – 25 minutes
- After 25 minutes add the boiled or fried turkey
- Stir well then cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
